Ears Skipbo Solitaire is a fully accessible card game modeled after the traditional Skipbo card game, catering to both sighted and visually impaired players. It emphasizes rapid audio play, making it an engaging option for diverse audiences.

The game's objective is straightforward: be the first player to deplete your stockpile, which contains 30 cards, alongside four discard piles and a hand of five cards. Each player competes under identical conditions, utilizing a deck with cards numbered 1 to 12.

Gameplay commences with the player laying down a card numbered 1 from their hand onto a build pile. The player then continues by sequentially placing cards numbered 2 through 12 onto the same pile. Once a 12 is played, the build pile is cleared and gameplay resets. If a player cannot make a valid move, they must discard a card, allowing their opponent to take a turn. While this highlights the core mechanics of the game, it is important to note that additional rules exist to enrich the experience.

Players are afforded the option to compete against up to three computer-generated opponents, with adjustable skill levels to suit varying abilities.

This iteration of Skipbo was recommended by several visually impaired gamers who found enjoyment in traditional card games like Solitaire and Hearts.

Ears Skipbo Solitaire includes tutorial coins for new players, with further instructional content available through in-app purchases.
